Spt 2022 - Well Folks, harvest is starting to wind down in lots of spots, the cows and calves are starting to come off pasture, and I am lining up a whole bunch of late fall concerts. As we get closer to Christmas, the flavor of those shows changes with the season. It would be great to head into your country with my saddlebag of tunes. Give me a holler and let's talk about it. Oct 2022 - At the recent AGM for the Alberta Cowboy Poetry Association, during the Trails End Gathering, Larry was voted in as Vice President of the ACPA. He is looking forward to bringing his ideas to the association, and being a part of it moving forward in its mandate to honor the history of the Western way of life in song and prose. “The Alberta Cowboy Poetry Association was formed to preserve the history and lifestyle of the cowboy and the rural way of life through both the written word and oral presentation. The Association fosters the development of new writers and encourages participation in Cowboy Poetry Events.” Here is the Mission of the Alberta Cowboy Poetry Association.
